FOOD AT OUR YOGA RETREAT & HOLIDAYS
You will have time to enjoy eating healthy and delicious food, all freshly prepared organic or locally sourced. Meals are children friendly. Home made bread, cakes and desserts that are still yummy but naturally sweetened.
The week gives everyone the chance to eat less sugar and processed food.
The retreat environment is relaxed. Personal choice is maintained but we encourage everyone to take the opportunity to quit smoking and alcohol, and reduce sugar coffee and tea for a week (or hopefully longer). Smoking is not possible in the accommodation or communal areas.
A glass of wine can be pleasant and should not be a problem.
