Food at our Yoga Retreat

 El Convento provides a nutritious, balanced and vegetarian diet, using where possible organic and locally produced ingredients. All our meals are freshly prepared, healthy, delicious and full of energy.

 

Loads of fresh fruits, tasty salads with different kinds of dressings, homegrown sprouts and a combination of international dishes. And please try our excellent homemade desserts like fruitcakes and apple-strudel, a welcome reward after a good workout on the yoga mat.

 

Our kitchen is always a good place to get new recipes and ideas for cooking and our kitchen staff, educated and experienced in nutrition will be happy to answer all your questions regarding to health food, diet plans and weight loss.

 

 

Meals:

 

We provide:

 

  • Breakfast: Buffet style.

Porridge, muesli, yoghurt's, fruit and Spanish style bread/toast with tomatoes garlic and olive oil.

  • Lunch: Usually this is the main meal of the day, includes starter and dessert.

  • Dinner: Lighter than the main meal and orientated towards helping the morning practice.

 

 

Drinks:

 

Enjoy our fresh, natural and energizing spring water from the mountains.

Herbal infusion, green and black tee as well as coffee will be available.

If you have any food allergies or intolerance to certain foods, please let us know so we can try to find some alternatives for you.
