Our food is made with the best ingredients; always vegetarian, as local as possible and predominantly organic. Our chef, Bianca, does wonders within the cosy kitchen and throws her all into every dish, be it the biggest lentil curry to the tiniest bowl of homemade spiced ketchup. We don't believe that you can be calm and happy wihtout good, healthy food (we include Bianca's cake in that!) and so mass-produced, souless and poorly sourced food does not enter the equation.
If you're usually a meat-eater, there's no need to worry. All of the food is full of energy, enough to keep you bouncing into downward dog day after day. We know a lettuce leaf won't keep you going because otherwise we'd be flat on our backs! Trust us, you won't go hungry.
Our kitchen is always a good place to get new recipes and ideas for cooking and our kitchen staff, educated and experienced in nutrition will be happy to answer all your questions regarding to health food, diet plans and weight loss.
Breakfast: Buffet style.
Porridge, muesli, yoghurt's, fruit and Spanish style bread/toast with tomatoes garlic and olive oil.
Lunch: Usually this is the main meal of the day, includes starter and dessert.
Dinner: Lighter than the main meal and orientated towards helping the morning practice.
Enjoy our fresh, natural and energizing spring water from the mountains.
Herbal infusion, green and black tee as well as coffee will be available.
Fresh juices are often made in the morning and throughout the day to keep you refreshed and energised.
